When you first partner with us, there is a one-time onboarding fee of $497. 3. Lease Renewal Fee: $197

For each lease renewal, we charge a flat fee of $197. This includes handling all necessary paperwork, conducting tenant lease reviews, and ensuring compliance with any updates to rental agreements. Our transparent renewal fee helps you plan your budget without unexpected costs.

4. No Up charges on Maintenance Costs

One of the key benefits of working with us is that we do not up charge maintenance costs. What you see is what you get.
